About Cheap Fare Flight

Is Cheap Fare Flight an airline?

No. Cheap Fare Flight is run by Cheapfareflight as an independent travel agency. No airline owns us, endorses us or flies under our name; we arrange seats on their flights for you.

Are your fares the cheapest?

We do not claim that, and we do not guarantee any price. Fares come from the airlines, and the same fare is often available elsewhere. What we offer is a careful comparison of the options available for your dates, advice on flexible dates and airports, and an all-in total with the fare rules explained.

Can I book a flight online right now?

Not yet. Online booking is still in the works, so the prices on the site are samples. Send us your trip instead, and an agent will come back with real fares for your dates.

When can I reach you?

Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use the contact page or request a callback.

Prices, fees and payment

Does the price you quote include everything?

It includes the airline fare, taxes, government fees and our service fee, in USD. Optional extras such as checked bags or seat selection are set by the airline and listed separately, with a link to the airline's fee information.

How much is your service fee?

Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay. It is separate from the airline fare and already included in the total. See our Service Fee Policy.

Can a quoted fare change?

Yes. A fare is only locked once the airline issues the ticket. If the price shifts before then, you hear from us with the new total, and nothing happens without your OK.

How do I pay?

Payment goes through a third-party payment provider, and you enter your card details on that provider's secure page, never on this website. We take payment only for the total you approved.

When plans change

What does it cost to change a flight?

As the fare difference, plus any airline change fee, plus our service fee. We send it as a quote and do nothing until you approve it.

Am I owed a refund if the airline cancels my flight?

If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you do not accept the alternative, federal rules generally require a refund. Where federal rules require a refund, you get it. We tell you the expected timing when we file the request.

I booked directly with an airline. Can you change my ticket?

No. We can only manage bookings made through Cheap Fare Flight. Please contact the airline you booked with.

Before you fly

Who checks passports and entry rules?

Travelers are responsible for their own documents. We point out where a trip may need a passport or visa, but the U.S. Department of State and the destination's official sources have the final word.

How do I find out what bags cost?

Bag allowances and fees are set by the airline and depend on your fare. Your itinerary links to the airline's baggage fee information, and our Baggage Information page explains what to check.

What ID do I need for a domestic flight?

Adults need an acceptable ID at the security checkpoint, such as a REAL ID-compliant license or a passport. Check the Transportation Security Administration's website for the current list.

Have dates in mind?

Send the route and your dates. An agent will come back with options and an all-in total, and nothing is booked until you say so.
