The standard we are working to
Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. A formal audit against that standard has not been carried out yet.
What is in place
- Color choices checked for readable contrast.
- Full keyboard operation, with a clear outline on whatever has focus.
- Headings, labels and form fields structured for screen readers.
- Layouts that reflow for phones, tablets and desktops, and hold up when text is enlarged.
Known limitations
Some documents and third-party components, such as payment pages, may not fully meet the standard. We are working to find and fix these.

We can also pass requests for wheelchair assistance and other help to the airline, which provides it under the Air Carrier Access Act and its own policies.
