Complaints Handling Policy

Tell us what went wrong. We log it, acknowledge it, investigate and reply in writing, and you keep every right to contact outside agencies.

How to complain

Email contact@cheapfareflight.us or call +1 (888) 778-0736. Please include your name, booking reference, what happened and the outcome you are looking for, and attach any relevant documents.

Acknowledgement

We log every complaint and send you an acknowledgement with a reference number, so you can follow its progress.

Looking into it

Someone who had no part in the original booking goes through the records and messages. If an airline played a role, we put the problem to the airline and pass its answer on to you.

Our response

We reply in writing, explaining what we found and what we will do. When we acknowledge your complaint, we tell you when to expect our answer, and if a matter depends on an airline, we keep you updated while we wait for it.

Outside agencies

You may also file a complaint about an airline or a ticket agent with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Aviation Consumer Protection, or contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general. This policy does not limit those rights.

Complaints about the flight itself

Delays, overbooking, airport disability assistance and bag handling are down to the airline. For a trip booked with us, we will point your complaint to the right place at the airline, but the airline makes the call.
