Payment Policy

No payment before you approve a quote, never more than the approved total, and always through a secure third-party payment provider.

The moment we charge

We ask for money only once you have said yes to a written quote. Asking for a quote is free. If the airline's price moves before the ticket is issued, you approve the new total before we charge anything different.

How payment works

A third-party payment provider processes every payment. Your card details go into that provider's secure page and never touch this website. You will see which payment methods are available at checkout, and all amounts are in USD.

Security

Full card numbers never reach us. No Cheap Fare Flight agent will ask you to share a card number, security code, one-time passcode or password by phone, email, text or chat. If someone using our name asks for any of these, refuse and let us know at contact@cheapfareflight.us.

Payment links

A payment link from us always comes from our official email address and asks for exactly the total in your approved quote. Compare both before you pay, and email contact@cheapfareflight.us first if either looks off.

Failed or double charges

Charged twice, or charged for a payment that showed as failed? Send us the transaction details. We will trace it with the payment provider and reverse anything we did not receive or should not have taken.

Receipts

Each payment gets a receipt that splits the airline fare, taxes and government fees from our service fee, plus any tax charged on that fee.

Refunds and card disputes

Refunds return to the original form of payment, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains. If a charge looks wrong, contact us first so we can try to sort it out quickly; doing so does not affect any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
