Airline Relationship Disclosure

We book seats with airlines for you as an independent agency. We do not speak for any airline and cannot act as its help desk.

Standing on our own

Cheapfareflight runs Cheap Fare Flight as a travel agency with no airline behind it. No carrier owns us, sponsors us, endorses us or has any affiliation with us, and we fly no aircraft of our own.

How we book with airlines

We see airline fares and seats through third-party reservation systems built for travel agencies. After you accept a quote, we book in your name and the airline puts out the ticket.

Not a help desk for airlines

Our help covers trips booked with Cheap Fare Flight and nothing else. Tickets bought on an airline's own site or from another agency have to go back to that seller for changes, refunds, check-in or bag questions, because we have no access to those records.

How we are paid

We earn our service fee, which is included in every total we quote and shown on its own line. If we receive any commission or incentive from a supplier, it does not change the fare the airline charges you.

Airline names and trademarks

Where an airline is named in a quote or ticket, the name identifies the carrier that flies you. Airline names and logos belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply any partnership.
